Caroline Dishman is a results-driven Licensed Aesthetician proudly NCEA Certified—the highest standard for Aestheticians in the United States. She completed her advanced training through The Facial Room Society Elite Esthetician Program.

Caroline’s journey into aesthetics began in 2023, when she discovered a deep passion for skincare, skin health, and helping others feel confident in their natural beauty. Since then, she has been dedicated to delivering personalized, results-focused treatments that not only enhance the skin’s appearance but also support long-term skin health. She believes great skin is built through consistency, education, and customized care—not quick fixes.

Specializing in customized facials, Caroline takes pride in creating individualized skincare regimens tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Her favorite treatment is the Hydrafacial, known for its instant glow, advanced technology, and ability to be customized with targeted boosters for visible, immediate results. Education is a core part of her practice, and she loves empowering clients with knowledge about preventative skincare, proper home care, and treatments that support healthy aging.

Guided by her favorite quote, “Aging well takes commitment, not miracles,” Caroline is committed to helping clients invest in their skin with intention and confidence.

Outside of the treatment room, Caroline enjoys traveling, practicing Pilates, spending quality time with loved ones, and continuously expanding her education in aesthetics to stay at the forefront of the industry.
